In a dynamic real-world environment, it is important that management has real-time information on all the risk exposures of the organization. iCo-op Risk Manager provides a dashboard view that summarises all the risk exposures of the organization and tracks how the risks are mitigated dynamically as the action plans are implemented. The snap shot of each risk is downward drillable to provide more detailed information.

iCo-op Risk Manager provides a user-friendly template that allows organization to customize their own templates to facilitate the identification, assessment, control and treatment of risks.

The risk appetite of every organization is different, depending on the size of the organization, nature of the core businesses, prevailing market sentiments, management and so on. iCo-op Risk Manager allows organizations to define their risk appetite, either quantitatively or qualitatively.

iCo-op Risk Manager provides the workflow to allow management to assess the cost-benefit of the action plans for mitigating risks. This provides cost-benefit visibility to budgeting for risk management.

An important aspect of risk management is the constant and regular monitoring and review of all the risk exposures, controls and treatments. With iCo-op Risk Manager, each tasks is assigned an owner so that the monitoring and reviewing process is built into the workflow. Communication and consulting are via emails. Email alerts are auto-triggered by critical activities like assigning of tasks, reviews, incidence reports, changes made and due dates.
